What are these sessions about?
Immerse yourself in a truly relaxing experience for one hour which comprises of your own personal meditation session followed by a relaxing and re-balancing sound healing journey.
How can it help?
The guided meditation enables you to connect with your deep inner wisdom, bringing insight, clarity and healing. While the beautiful and transformative sound healing journey helps to rebalance the body by sending the harmonious vibrations deep into the body, creating a cellular massage, leaving you feeling more grounded, restored and calmer within yourself.

What to expect
After I cleanse your energy field (with a sage stick or clearing spray) to prepare us and the environment for the session, you will be invited to get into a comfortable position laying down. Pillows and fleece throws are provided for your comfort.
Then, the session will begin with some breathwork to settle the mind and body into a relaxed and meditative state. A guided meditation will then follow, allowing for a deep connection to your inner world, bringing insight and clarity, healing and compassion.
This is followed by a sound healing journey using gentle sounds to rebalance the body and bring about further healing and inner harmony.
At the end of the healing aspects I will hold a therapeutic space for you to explore as necessary to help your growth.
